The hotel left an extremely positive impression! Despite its small area, it impresses with its cleanliness and coziness. The unique atmosphere is created by the warm hostess and the friendly owner. Breakfasts here are real magic with pancakes, toast, scrambled eggs and various types of sausages. The attention to detail impressed: we were even asked about our breakfast preferences! The hotel's location is perfect - just 10 minutes on foot to the center and even less to the ski lift. All attractions at your fingertips. These weekend moments became our best moments. We recommend this hotel to all guests!❤

We sincerely recommend the guesthouse to people who value an intimate atmosphere and peace. The hosts are cordial, helpful and really care about the needs of their guests. Room with a balcony and a view of the mountains, clean and spacious, nice bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, varied - nothing is missing. Homemade coffee cake... Large, monitored parking lot. The guesthouse is located in the quiet center of Karpacz. A great base - close to the promenade and trails. We recommend!

Great location, easy access. Large parking lot, no problem with leaving your car. Nice and very helpful staff who will be happy to recommend some nice places in Karpacz. Good breakfasts, you can eat on the terrace outside. On the minus side, the rooms need a little refreshing.

I recommend. The room was spotlessly clean. Big, nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. There is a large parking lot in front of the villa, so you don't have to worry about where to leave your car. Very nice receptionist. I called from the route just after 8 p.m. to see if it was possible to stay for one night. The lady waited for us. We were well after 9 p.m. She greeted us with a smile. She was very factual and helpful.

The recreation center was great, everything was clean, the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was on site, a large selection and tasty, I was satisfied, I recommend it.

We recommend the place. Close to the center, on-site parking available. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Possibility to rent Nordic walking poles, board games, balls and paddles, which can be used on the available playground.
